Diligenze Supports Technology Due Diligence for NEOTech's Acquisition of Virtex

Diligenze supported technology due diligence in connection with NEOTech's acquisition of Virtex, a U.S.-based provider of high-reliability electronic manufacturing services.

NEOTech, an Arkview Capital portfolio company, announced the completion of its acquisition of Virtex on July 31, 2026. The combination expands NEOTech's U.S. manufacturing footprint and strengthens its capabilities across defense, aerospace and other mission-critical markets.

As part of the transaction, Diligenze provided technology due diligence support, helping evaluate key areas of the target's technology environment and identify considerations relevant to the investment and post-close roadmap.

The engagement reflects Diligenze's approach to M&A technology diligence: combining senior technology leadership with a structured, AI-enabled diligence methodology to help investors understand technology risk, scalability, security, organizational readiness and potential value-creation opportunities.

This engagement also represents continued work with Arkview Capital, following Diligenze's technology due diligence support in connection with Arkview's acquisition of NEOTech.
