About Diligenze
We're practitioners — not consultants. Built by people who've sat on both sides of M&A technology transactions, Diligenze exists to replace slow, manual diligence with AI-native intelligence.
Our Story
Diligenze was born from frustration. After decades of running technology due diligence engagements the traditional way — weeks of manual review, static checklists, and PDF reports that were outdated before the ink dried — our founding team knew there had to be a better way.
We combined deep M&A transaction experience with modern AI and data engineering to build a platform that delivers structured, evidence-based technology intelligence at the speed deals actually move.
Our Approach
Every engagement is powered by our canonical data model — a structured framework covering 200+ technology dimensions across architecture, security, scalability, team, and technical debt. Combined with AI-assisted evidence scoring, it ensures consistency, traceability, and investor-ready outputs on every deal.
Leadership
Built by Operators. Shaped by Institutional Standards.

He led IT governance, technology due diligence, technology risk and cybersecurity strategy at TPG Global, and served as Partner and Firm CIO at Baker Tilly US, where he also led the Texas Risk Advisory practice. He later served as National Managing Partner for Cyber and GRC at Aprio. LinkedInDiligenze is led by former Big 4 technology, cybersecurity, and governance practitioners who have operated inside public companies, private equity portfolios, and enterprise IT environments — not as outside commentators, but as hands-on builders and advisors.
Our leadership team brings more than two decades of experience across technology strategy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and M&A technology due diligence. We have led full-scope diligence engagements for private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers, assessed enterprise technology environments under board-level scrutiny, and implemented governance frameworks aligned to institutional investor expectations.
Our experience spans the full transaction lifecycle — from pre-LOI technical risk assessments through post-close integration and 100-day value creation planning. We understand how technology risk translates into valuation, negotiation leverage, and execution complexity because we have operated at that intersection ourselves.
At Diligenze, we apply that institutional lens to build structured, defensible, and investor-grade diligence intelligence.
Why This Matters
Most AI tools generate reports.
We built Diligenze to execute diligence.
Our leadership team has:
- Reviewed deals from inside PE firms
- Led national cyber and governance practices
- Designed and audited enterprise control frameworks
- Conducted executive-level diligence interviews across industries
We understand what is material, what is noise, and how technology risk impacts valuation, integration, and exit readiness.
Diligenze reflects that experience.
