Diligenze has launched the Diligenze Readiness Index, a self-service technology and cybersecurity due diligence assessment built for the lower middle market.
The Readiness Index addresses a gap in how technology diligence gets done at smaller transaction sizes. Full diligence engagements are not economical relative to a $6M deal, so buyers frequently proceed without one and find the problems later, when they are more expensive to resolve.
A respondent completes a structured questionnaire about how their organisation builds, operates and secures its technology, and receives a scored readiness report. Findings are separated by transaction timing: what a buyer would expect resolved before close, and what can be addressed afterward. Each finding maps to the three questions a buyer is actually asking about a technology asset — whether it can scale, whether it is run efficiently, and whether it can continue to innovate.
The scan is free. The full report, including prioritised recommendations, is $495.
The Technology Module is available now. The report contains no AI-generated prose; scoring is deterministic and the methodology is documented, so every finding can be explained and defended.
