Diligenze has appointed Atit Shah as Partner and Board Member.
Atit brings more than twenty years of experience leading technology from both sides of the decision, as an operator accountable for outcomes and as an advisor guiding modernization, security strategy and technology diligence.
He led IT governance, technology due diligence, technology risk and cybersecurity strategy at TPG Global, and served as Partner and Firm CIO at Baker Tilly US, where he also led the Texas Risk Advisory practice. He subsequently served as National Managing Partner for Cyber and GRC at Aprio. Earlier roles at PwC, KPMG and United Technologies Corporation established the technical and compliance foundations that continue to shape his approach.
He is also Founder and Managing Partner of Strativant, a vendor-neutral technology advisory focused on reducing IT spend, modernizing infrastructure and strengthening security.
His appointment adds private equity operating experience and risk advisory leadership to a team already built around hands-on practitioners rather than outside commentators.
